During these workshops we shall examine our thoughts and beliefs about various aspects of our lives.

Often when we can identify where our beliefs come from, we can then see if these beliefs are still appropriate and for us today. The past has made us the person we are today. The past we cannot change, however we can view it from a different perspective and not allow it to hold us back or restrict us in our present life.

The second part of the workshop will be letting go of the past and creating the future we truly want and deserve.

Confidentiality  

Every one attending the course is asked for a commitment to confidentiality for issues shared in the group, everyone should feel comfortable and relaxed, and no one is there to be judged or to be criticised. Often people share things in the group which they have never been able talk about before, as issues can be so deeply tucked away and put into those little boxes never to be opened, thought about or addressed. It is often those issues that hold you back in life at a subconscious level. We cannot change the past, but we can let go of any negative emotion connected to it, so we are no longer hurt by the actions of others or the circumstances we found ourselves coping with.

We require a 50% deposit with a reservation.   You must contact the Centre at least two weeks before the course to pay any outstanding money, as this then books your place (a deposit only reserves a place until you pay in full).

Places on courses are limited and therefore it is important you contact the Centre to confirm booking and finalise payment, otherwise we will assume you are not attending and may give the place to a student on the reserve list. 

Doors will open 10-15mins before the workshop is due to start.   There will be a lunch break so you may wish to bring your lunch with you alternatively there are plenty of cafés and food shops in Westbourne.
